Squats
235 5/5/5
form held up well

Bench
142.5 5/5/5
easy

DB rows
55 8/8/8

Deadlift - form has been pretty poor recently so I dropped the weight
135 5
185 4
225 2
245 5
Really focused on keeping my back tight, since I had been rounding somewhat the last few times. this felt sort of hard. I might go back down and work up from 225.

moving up better than I would have imagined

Form felt really solid again. Really felt it in the posterior instead of quads/low back.

not too much trouble
