Never heard of the Body Fortress brand. That doesn't mean that it's not good. I use Designer Protein whey

I think Body Fortress could be a UK brand. Well, i'm from UK and that is the brand that my gym sells.

I personally wouldn't buy it at full price, if your getting a discount then take it, definitly. Holland & Barret sometimes offer it at half price and I usually take a tub at that price.

However, if it is standard price, I say forget it and look up "Reflex Instant Whey" or "instant Mass"... the mass has a lot of carbs, the whey is strictly protein with very little carbs and fat. Depends what you want.

Reflex is by far the most popular in the UK, that's the impression I get anyway. Tastes nice aswell - compared to any others.

If your in the Uk, look up Affordable Supplements, they give you advice on what's best for you aswell (there as on option on the site, to request a call about a certain product).

I use body fortress whey as I didnt really take the time to search the internet for any cheaper, alternative brands.
Does the job and the strawberry flavoured one is actually quite nice I think.
