I'm not one for endurance sports, but this is funny. It got me to giggling at work today. I saw it on another forum I frequent.

Now I know what to do next time I get the urge, but don't want to give up the squat rack ...

I don't know whether to call these people dedicated, or disgusting. Unless perhaps you are an Olympian, I see no reason why you can't pull over for a few secs/mins and goto the bathroom. Unless perhaps while your swimming cause let's face it...I don't think there's a person who has been to the ocean that got out EVERY time they had to pee  .

But to take a crap while biking? That sounds like it would take a great amount of skill!

If it's actually true, I'm not sure which is more stupid, doing that, or posting a story about it asking for advice.

If I was about to win the Tour de France, or a gold medal, I'd do it.

Rippetoe has had a couple of questions on his forum from guys asking how they can prevent "accidents" while DLing or squatting. Seems like that would be even easier to figure out!

If you'd try and steal it, I'll just follow the trail

... Wait a minute I'm not gonna want to ride on it afterwards ...

Do it on your own bike!
