Hey all,

I was thinking about how to make a proper rest-pause routine and I am really not sure what the set and rep numbers should be?

I see 10X(1-3) 5x5 and 5x3.

I mean 10x1 of 90% 1RM seems rough, but 3 sets seems even more crazy.

So it the rest time what separates these?
