Going back on creatine after a month, I decided to try Cell Tech since my freind raves about it.

First of all, 10g per serving seems like an excessive amount, and 75g of sugar with 300 calories would give an insulin spike to a Water Buffalo. It's tough to stay around 2700 calories a day, especially when you amp it up 300 calories to take your creatine. I have forgone the 'loading' stage of 2 servings for 5 days, as I don't want to increase calories and simple carbs by a rediculous amount and am not convinced that 'loading' is really necessary in the first place.

I'm thinking about cutting the dosage in half (5g creatine with 150 calories of dextrose sugar) to ease back on the calories and make it last a little longer (the price is higher than a cat's ass.)

Do any of ya'll use this product? If so, would you please give input on how much you take and the benefits.

Thanks
