Thank you tim for the article about the 7 habits, it was very good. After 4 weeks, I'm down 6lbs and a lot more defined.

Now I've cut out all the fruits, milk and bread/rice (only getting my carb from veggies). I'm taking a multivitamin every morning. I didn't even do cardio! Now the problem is when I can alsmost see all my abs, the magic seemed to have stopped. It's been a couple weeks now, and I am not getting any leaner. Is there a reason for this?

PS I've pretty much stopped doing any HIIT and cardio since I was losing and I havnt even been doing any of it, so I was afraid I'd loose too much mass.

Hi Faisal. Good work. At this point, I wish I could give you the magic answer, but those last few pounds, inches, are always hardI would take a good look at things, and if you are willing to loose a bit of mass, I'd throw in some cardio, possibly HIIT. BTW, got your e-mail, look in your in box at the site.
