Well I'm pleased, my bench pressing seems to be progressing at quite a clip.
Had to cut my chest workout woefully short though, but benching took nigh on half an hour.

1/3/235

Military Press
2/4/55
1/6/55 (failure)

Oh, I also did three 'experimental' sets of hanging sit-ups
1/8
1/6
1/3.5

I am looking forward to doing more of these, they are much more fun than regular sit-ups.

1/3/65,75,85
1/1/95

CaJ
1/5/135
1/4/145

1/1/165

Bench press
1/4/165
5/5/195
1/5/200

Hanging situps
1/6/

And then I did a balls-to-the-wall 500 meter row:
HR before - 117
500 meter - 1:37.0
HR after - 176

...and nearly killed myself. But I'm really pleased. I think with a little training I can post some really good times rowing. I obviously benefit from being rather tall, and at this point rather strong. I'd like to get under 1:30 eventually.
