Phsilium Husk

You are welcome.

1-2 tablespoons a day and your life will never be the same.

The first couple weeks while you are getting used to dosage and it cleans you out can be interesting. Don't go out to eat for a few, unless you aren't a hometown hitter. Because for about a week as soon as I ate I had to go. It was amazing. Pretty much could have eaten lunch on the hopper.

Make sure to get enough liquids.

But really, I can't recommend the stuff enough. I get almost zero protein gas now, and am beyond regular. As soon as my body is done with it, it is coming out.

Such amazing stuff.

What the man said. You can slowly up the dose, you know - start with a teaspoon, work up to 2, then a tablespoon, in shakes.

Metamucil, etc. are just psyllium husks with other stuff added in. I get the Vitamin Shoppe brand because it's the cheapest by weight I found so far.

i eat tons of veggies, but I still want to supplement my fiber. Most of the time I don't have time for breakfast so I drink an MRP on my walk to work/uni. A bit of fiber in it'll do me the world of good.

No worries Doc, I appreciate it.

I normally have to google the word before I type it. I got lazy.

This could cause problems. Rippetoe once had a couple of questions on his forum about how to prevent crapping your pants while squatting. He was at his sarcastic best in encouraging them to figure out a useful strategy for themselves. However, if it's too easy, you might not be able to control things....
