Monday: Sixth Form Game
Tuesday: National League training/External Resistance
Wednesday: Academy Training
Thursday: National Leage Training/External Resistance
Friday: Sixth Form Training/Footwork + shooting
Saturday: National league game
Sunday: Rest or scrimmage

Supplements: Whey Protein, Generic MultVit and sometimes Omega Oils.

4 Week constant load lower body strength/power along with upper body hypertrophy.

External Resistance
Cleans 3x1 @ 97.5% +
Full Squat 3x6 @ 85%
Bench Press 3x8 @70%
Supine Row 3x8 @ BW

Note: I missed pre season and the first half of the national league season due to a second degree anterior talo-fibular ligament tear in my right ankle. I am now testing the new aircast ankle brace for aircast, so I will be wearing this during all my basketball sessions, as I have been doing anyway.

PR Lifts:

Clean: 70kg
Full Squat: 120kg
Bench Press: 80kg

Yes I know my clean is relativly low, however I have just implemented them into my training due to having only just learning the correct technique.

Due to injury I have not lifted for 6 months, over the last two weeks I have been progressivly building back up.

45 minute sprint training during my sixth form performance and excellence class.

2 Hour national league training.

Cleans 3x1 @ 100% 6 minute rest.
Full Squat 3x6 @ 85% 4 minute rest.
Bench Press 3x8 @ 70% ~ Superset With Supine Row @ BW 2 minute rest.

PWO: Whey with milk.

2 Hour Academy Training.

Full body static flexability; 2x30second for each bodypart.

2 Hour national league training. However, I only trained for 1 hour and 45 minutes due to a slight hamstring pull.

Bench Press 3x8 @ 70%
~ Superset ~
Supine Row @ BW 90 second rest.

45 Minute BW genreal strength circuit with my performance and excellence class.

Sixth Form Training 2 hours.

Freethrows + In game shots for 1 hour.

PWO: Nothing because I did'nt manage to prepare anything before I had to go to school.

National League game. Can't even rember what we won by, I stopped looking at the scoreboard when it was 30-6 at the end of the first quarter! It does not suprise me that they are second to bottem in the league.

2 hour scrimmage with the MMU 1st team.

I got hit in the knee near the end so I am In alot of pain at the moment. I may not be playinf for sixth form 2moz.

Sixth form game tonight - played all 40 minutes. We lost in the semi finals of the playoffs. We got murderd on the boards

My knee seemed to be ok after I warmed up...
