I realise you aren't saying it's a definitive reason though.

Also, I'm not an MD. It's just that excess water consumption can lead to sodium deficiency, so I infer that the kidneys must remove some sodium when the remove water. Jungledoc would know more.

Those are good pressures. I'm guessing that it's been pretty good all along, that it was just up transiently when you had it taken before, or that the things that you have done brought it down. Continue to have it checked once in a while (like once or twice a year), cause things can change.[/quote]

good to hear - going to the doctors in 15 minutes too (previous was at gym) - hopefully me being a little nervy wont up them - but ill do some breathing etc and ask for 4-5 readings

bah - he had me in and out in 2 mins - and definately felt nervy - 152 over 81 :(

But having blood and BP done again next thursday, hopefully wont be as rushed to get in and out like just then. Think I'll buy a reader and make sure it lines up with the docs from time to time.

I went to the doctor two weeks ago and the nurse took my bp and it was around 120 over 80 but after waiting 25-minutes and getting a little mad for waiting so long, the doctor took it and it was slightly elevated around 140 over 90. She said that she wants me back to check my blood pressure in a couple months. I also took blood work and my levels were OK. I need to work harder on eating better and working out. -Leena, Health Insurance Advisor

Yea, looks like she went back and added Links. If I see anymore I will ban her IP and complain to her ISP.
