So, I've decided to start a journal too. My name is Andy but I didnt want to have the same title as Jungledoc's thread. Jefferson is my last name by the way.

I keep losing the motivation to work out and to eat loads of food. ending up loosing all the weight I gain in a week. :frown: So hopefully this journal will help keep me motivated.

Anyway, I'm 5 '10 at 155lbs, 19 year old male.

My goals are to Deadlift 400, Squat 300, Bench 200 and be able to do 10 pull-ups.

lol I've accomplished one of those goals....

Deadlifting 190 was easy. On my last set of pull-ups I was listening to a funny song and it made me laugh, lol I had to stop and could only do 5 more after that.

I tried inverted rows today, but I have a home-made squat rack so it felt very wierd... I started getting a tingling sensation in my left wrist and switched to barbell rows for 1 last set, I still felt it though.

I'm only going to post workout sets, I always warm up with the same weights, usually, anyway. Havent deadlifted in almost a month... Didn't feel that heavy though, I'm just gonna work up to 1-3RM's for deadlifts now.
Couldnt get that last rep for bench, I had to take another breath and whenever I do that, I always loosen up and end up missing that last rep.

My form is much better on the bench then it was before. I held my breath for the entire set and powered my way through it, felt great. I suck at pull-ups I should increase the volume on them but there is limited space at the gym and I think people were waiting for me to finish. Maybe just do them on off days in the park?hmmmm.

I woke up this morning with a sour throat. I am so weak today, I'm not sure why I didnt eat that much yesterday, maybe it was all those family gatherings. Thanksgiving, how ironic lol. Squats felt so heavy, I could barely do 185. Also I keep rounding my lower back when I go below parellel. This sucks! I better get better for the 19th.

I dunt even know... lol I just worked on my form with 90lbs. Near the end I started getting these head rushes when I let the bar down to my thigh. Its a crazy feeling, and its awsome! Who needs drugs when you got power cleans!
