Hi Wally. Just a word of encouragement. I watched my sister drop over 100 lbs. It took her over a year and a half, I was coaching her with the weights, but she stuck to it and did it. As to cardio, she had to start really slow, same reasons you are stating, but at the end, she could come close to running a marathon. Much better than i could ever even attempt. Just set some goals, take it easy, and you'll get there.

If I was you, I'd drop the bagel and cream cheese, these 2 could be 550 Cal just like that. Banana after exercise with prot. shake I heard is very useful.

I also read that if you do the same routine for a long time, body will use to it so you should vary the sets, weights and type of exercise.


I've eaten clean and did a lot of workout and I just can't drop like 8lb fat from my tights and butt. But I am a woman so it might be hormonal.

Pretty depressing, I know when things don't seem to be working. You'll see more results in a short time!
