Hey there,

I’m new to this forum and I just wanted to start off by saying hi!

I’m working with a master of science in Nutrition and I have interview scheduled with her next week. I would like to take this opportunity to ask you what questions you would have for her. Perhaps you would like to know some nutritionally or calorically ideal recipes, serving sizes, or maybe you just want to know what is going on in your body. Remember, there are no stupid questions.

To add value to this thread and forum I will post the interview once it’s done. This will also be as a thank you for helping me out. It will be a direct download link…no email, no forums to fill out. Just take it

I look forward to seeing your questions.

Conrad

This smells fishy.

But I'l bite

With regards to weight management does it really matter when you eat your calories ?
Ot how you distribute your macro nutrients throughout the day ?

When digesting carbohydrates, along with Soluble Fibre, Fat and Protein, which specific nutrient helps lower blood sugar the most and keep insulin from spiking. Or would the insulin spike only be effected by the amount and the type of carbohydrate, with no regards to other nutrients?

Is it possible for different (dietary) Fat molecules to convert themselves into essential nutrients? By dietary I mean, fat that was injested.

And, In regards to evolution, how long would it take for us humans to be able to digest sugar, with no complications. Would it be possible one day for our bodies to convert any type of macronutrient digested, into what ever nutrient is lacking in the body. And can we speed this evolutionary change up? lol

You are from a part of the world that does almost nothing but send spam. Your ploy is amusing, but not nearly as clever as you think. I've seen it all before. You might as well stop trying. I am watching you.

As soon as I see the link. I'll delete your account and ban the /24 block you're posting from. So don't bother.

Well sure, whatever Ironman, if that's your real name.
But at least wait until the interview is posted. We really do have some great questions for the expert!

cheers.

His real name is Tony Stark. Don't tell anyone, it's a secret.

If I was about to interview a 'master of science in Nutrition', wouldn't it make sense to say who it was and their qualifications/exact field!??

That way we could ask specific questions we could expect proper answers to.
