Stu,
It's a geat fit too because it shares the garage with a Nissan Altima, with no problem. I deadlift in the rack, well, basically the oly bar never leaves the cage. I Press with the Standard bar. The rest of the house is a mess.
It will suck (HOT!) in the summer though. Guess it's a good sweat though.

heh, I sorta think I sound tired. This was primarily made for me, as a video diary of sorts. Like I said, I've never made a video before. Also, boy I sniffle a lot. I am happy with it and thanks for hearing it through the camera!

Ok, so I'm reading about how to fail a squat and it's got me thinking again about cage orientation. If I face the wall (which you all said was correct direction), I can't go anywhere if the I need to push the weight off my back. Normally, I guess I'll fail at the bottom and the safeties take it, but in case I'm closer to standing. Should I rotate the rack 180 and and squat with back to the wall. This would make it tought to get the bench in and out. Or I could leave it as is and squat with back to the wall, and just be aware of the crosss bar support on floor behind me.. and walk under bar to exit. Hmmm. Again, I feel like I'll fall backwards some day though. I'm trying to hit the core work hard too because I think that is part of the problem. Finally, the cage is has much more support to not fall against the wall (like a wall, but also longer legs extending), so I"ve considered strapping at the top as Stu suggested.
Also, just got Chucks.
