well, here's some of my current progress with goals for the end of the summer (August 20ish)

Front Squat 95k 3x3... 120k
Hang Power Clean 88k 2x1... 105k
Deadlift 150k, not a max... 180k
Chinups 14; +45lbs 4x3... 20, +95x3

Weight is ~175lb

Starting something similar to stronglifts:

Mon
Front Squat 5x5
DB Bench/Press 5x5
Weighted Chinups 5x5

Wed
Front Squat 5x5
DB Bench/Press 5x5
Hang Power Clean 5x1

Fri
Front Squat 5x5
DB Bench/Press 5x5
Sumo Deadlift 1x5

Starting very light, taking the opportunity to work on speed and form
Today was
Front Squat 40kg 5x5
DB Press 30's 5x5
Deadlift 80 kg 1x5

Update from today's training:

Front Squat
55 kg 5x5

DB Press
35's 5x5

Hang Power Clean
60 2
70 2
80 1,1 (hook grip at and after this point)
85 1
87 1
90 1,1

Form and speed were good and front squats and presses; still dialing in form on power cleans, but it's passable right now and they feel pretty good.
