RS, they wrap them in letuce leaves. At least at Hardee's (Carl Jr on the west coast).
If I'm not getting something like that, I just pull the buns off and use napkins on my fingers after I've eaten them.

speaking of, I've learned how long Romaine lettuce will last in the fridge. Amazing shelf life. Ok, maybe it's the chemicals but anyway. Sam's Club sells large packs of Romaine. Bring a few leaves and have the best wrap for your burgers.
I just wish Taco Bell had more fitness friendly foods

that is exactly the kind of blue-sky thinking we need in this world! MacDonalds're missing a trick, they should bring out a low carb range.

Low carbers are a very small minority of the fast food market. From MacDonald's point of view we don't exist. However, as we saw in Sweden, that can change in a hurry as soon as the government gets on board.

Another good and a very cheap drink would be a home made whey drink - that does not need a whey protein powder at all.

If you know how to make cottage cheese from milk - the residue drink has only whey protein. Caesin is in cottage cheese. (Milk has 80% Caesin , 20% whey). This drink has no carbs - only whey protein . Drink as much as you want.

Eat the cottage cheese before to go sleep.

You may add some natural honey to add carbs.

Sometimes I wonder how much extra money we spend just to save few minutes.

Great food can be made in k-word. We all just need to little creative abt it.

chicken breast (canned works great)
broccoli florettes
pineapple
walnuts
olive oil
lemon squeeze

quick easy delicious and probably fits a lot of macro protocols, given the right mix

steamed broccoli with big glop of coconut oil - my new simple favorite "discovery". I have lots of VCO with more coming autmatically thru Amazon, and need/want to find ways to use it up

I never make shakes.
Even yogurt and fruit, just eat them whole.
Whey, I add to water, eat something with it, like banana. Rather not fuss with a blender.
