You can make your own weight gain shakes. Include whey and whipping cream, add an egg if you want. Cream is better than milk because there's no sugar. Keep the fruit and sugar out of your shakes and out of your diet. Post workout you can use corn sugar (dextrose) or maltodextrin in your shake. Check out the home brew centres. They put this in beer.
Think hard about eliminating the take aways. There are other things in take out food you need to be aware of. Omega 6 can contribute to your problem. That's found largely in margarine and vegetable oil. Restaurants use those a lot since their afraid of saturated fats and cholesterol. In fact you need both of these. The other thing in take out food is MSG. This has too many side effect to go into.
You can skip liver if you increase your egg yolk to 6 per day. You need the choline that these contain.
I wouldn't worry about the late meal as long as you avoid the harmful foods.
In a nutshell:
Avoid sugar, especially fructose, omega 6 (vegetable oils), MSG, alcohol (OK in moderation)
Add egg yolks or whole eggs and saturated fats for energy.
I have been using dextrose, I would usually mix bannanas and ice cream, honey, whey and peanut butter in my shakes but i will start using the cream and egg yolks and maybe get choline in supplement form. Thanks again for ur help pal.
