BTW from what I read it doesnt matter what you eat as long as you get the protein needed for said goals and the right amount of vitamins and minerals. If you eat 5000 calories a day and your minimum caloric daily requirements are 2300 burn off another 1700 at the gym.
Talking about that 5000 calorie a day diet...lmfao anyone remember when I was bulking up a few years ago and did that and gained 25 lbs in the first month? Ironman didn't believe me. Funny thing is it was mostly fat!!! hahaha Learn as we go.
