I'll say it again, Cabot Greek Yougurt, 10% Fat, is incredibly awesome. And, Protein Per $$ is right in value town.
Over blue berries
I throw in ground flax seed, cold milled, but others may not want that

Yea, I have made spamming nearly impossible. However they still try despite the fact that I clearly state exactly what I did, on the sign up page.

When someone posts inane gibberish to an old thread, you can be pretty certain it's a spam attempt.

Yea the guy was saying "chadder chees". Usually if I spell something funny like that, I am making fun of someone.
