If you are looking to isolate the hamstring I think the glute-ham-raise works best.
Just my $0.02.

The OP's original post was removed but it was along the lines of: if I only do one exercise for legs, will this work?

Who was the OP? A spammer? Does that mean that coreless got us all stirred up, and has us beating a dead horse that belongs to an OP who's not around any more?

Not a spammer, IIR, but he burned the candle on both ends. Chastised us for not having enough on diet, and only focusing on lifting. He called Stu a bad name, if memory serves. Many defended Stu, and he kept classy, like always.
My posts in here make even less sense than most of mine because OP's posts are gone

The modeling hasnt happpend much since I have gotten back to NY Only two shoots since then but I have higher standards for myself and don't want to half ass anything im in the best shape of my life but not anything compared to a majority of the fitness models out there.

I wouldn't mind keeping this one as well cause I will never forget this log in and yahoo some how changed my email password so if you wouldn't mind I would prefer to keep this one.

Definitely enjoy being on the forum again.
