Does anyone have any experience with Kre-Alkalyn? I'd like to try a creatine product, but the mixed news regarding the safety of creatine mono and CEE has raised my curiosity in Kre-Alkalyn. Any feedback on it would be appreciated.

I haven't tried it, but you can be sure that mono is safe. I would like to try Krey Alkayln too, but would like more confirmation on it's safety first.

I love Kre-Alkylin and use the Elite K Brand. It supposedly makes your muscle tissue suck up water, giving you increased leverage and strength (for those heavy nights at the gym). You gain fast, temporary size from it as well, which gives you a motivational boost. When I was taking it last winter, some of the younger guys thought I was on something. I experienced no adverse side effects from Kre at all.

Keith, was this in conjunction with or separate from creatine? You got me interested.

Hoosegow: I am using this supplement, only, taking four caps 1/2 hr. before the workout with plenty of H20 and 2 caps within 1/2 hr. after workout (with protein shake). You take it ONLY on workout days.
