I suppose that supplementing with any nutrient that you're deficient in will be anabolic. Once you've met your needs, extra doesn't really help. CLA from supplements is less effective that that found in grass fed meat and ALA can compete with EPA fouind in fish, so I would suggest that increasing your consumption of grass fed meat and fatty fish should be more effective than supplementing with CLA and ALA.
