I would suggest the same thing I was suggested when asking about protein supplements:
Look and make a food diary or something like that, check what you are eating, maybe count some calories and proteins if possible. When I don't know what you are eating, it's very hard to tell if you need any protein or extra vitamins. Extra vitamins can't hurt, it's quite hard to overdose those, but they are usually expensive and might not improve your performance or anything if you're getting your daily dose already.
About fat burners I'm really sceptic as always. If you do things right and have the will to lose fat, it's just a waist of your money. Fat doesn't just burn if you're doing nothing about it even if you are taking that kind of supplement, and I would suggest you to be patient. But maybe that is just my view, and someone has more positive experiences from fat burnerns.

Kelsea, you are double dipping, asking the same question in two different sections of the forum. All the same people read all the sections, so just post in one place, and ask Ironman or TimD to delete the other or merge the two.

Pick the one you want to stay with, and post there.

Protein powder won't make you bulky. Eating crap and not exercising will make you bulky. Read the stuff in the diet section here. There are several posts on protein.

The only "performance enhancer" that might be worthwhile is creatine, and there are several threads about that. Fat burners will burn your money much better than your fat. Fat not at all.

Worthwhile supplements might include a multivitamin, if you don't have a pretty complete diet, glucoseamine if you have arthritis, and protein powder if you don't get enough protein in your diet, or if you want to have a little extra on board for your workout (the theory being that it will help muscle growth).

There is no supplement or pill that will take the place of hard work, eating right and getting enough sleep. My approach was to make my strength gains through the SL program now I am making additions to my program to burn a little fat.

I answered your other thread as it seems to relate to diet.
