I would suggest the same thing I was suggested when asking about protein supplements: Look and make a food diary or something like that, check what you are eating, maybe count some calories and proteins if possible. When I don't know what you are eating, it's very hard to tell if you need any protein or extra vitamins. Extra vitamins can't hurt, it's quite hard to overdose those, but they are usually expensive and might not improve your performance or anything if you're getting your daily dose already. About fat burners I'm really sceptic as always. If you do things right and have the will to lose fat, it's just a waist of your money. Fat doesn't just burn if you're doing nothing about it even if you are taking that kind of supplement, and I would suggest you to be patient. But maybe that is just my view, and someone has more positive experiences from fat burnerns.
