How you move, exercise and stretch can have a dynamic impact on your health. Reasons why we need to move and take an exercise:

• Exercise and daily movement reduces Cortisol in the body, your stress hormone! Therefore the more you move the less you stress!
• Our ancestors used to walk over 10kms each day minimum and had relatively now incidence of lifestyle illness, now in the USA 20% of the population move less than 200 metres in day- they also have the largest percentage of lifestyle related illness in the world- heart disease, diabetes, obesity etc
• People who exercise and move daily whilst burning energy actually create more efficient metabolisms and as such have significantly more energy for their day- bigger and better engines!
• People who exercise, look more attractive, have on average clearer skin, brighter perspectives on life and enjoy greater sex! What do you want?
• Exercise is best performed in the morning because this prevents the unexpected daily events from interrupting your exercise routine and has a “fire up” mechanism for your metabolism which leaves you more alert for the day and better yet burning calories throughout your workday!
• Building lean muscle mass will actually increase your metabolism- that is weight / resistance training can help you lose weight and increase energy for your day.
• Your body needs movement to remove waste products. The discs which lay between the bones of your spine only get nutrients when they move, sitting all day and not exercise see these decay away over time.
• Exercise helps prevent lifestyle illnesses like Diabetes, Heart disease, Obesity, Osteoporosis, Depression even Cancer
• Osteoporosis is more a movement deficiency disease that a Calcium deficiency disease. Bones that do not move and bear weight become brittle.
• A dog stretches more than 10 times a day, how often do you?
• Yoga and Pilates are great ways to improve flexibility. They take your body into ranges you might otherwise ignore. Each day you should try to take each joint in your body through as many ranges as possible.
• Daily exercise can increase your life expectancy and more importantly improve the quality of that time!

Okay, cool.

Now that was utterly stupid.

Be sure to take it with food, or it won't work.

wait so his viewtopic.php?f=21&t=8404 thread may be a ruse?

playing the odds, I think "Potential Spammer" moniker was better.

notwithstanding the OP, I'm sure he's legit.
