I am 37yrs and just joined gym for resolving my shoulder issue, my shoulder are down towards front and seems like band from edges. I tried to post link of my shoulder pictures to understand my problem but board not accepting, pls guide me how can I post my shoulder pictures so I may explain my problem more clearly.
I need suggestion in exercise so I may recover said problem.
Pls only expert give advise and no hurting comments.
