 Post subject: Shoulder Problem

Hello,

I am 37yrs and just joined gym for resolving my shoulder issue, my shoulder are down towards front and seems like band from edges. I tried to post link of my shoulder pictures to understand my problem but board not accepting, pls guide me how can I post my shoulder pictures so I may explain my problem more clearly.

I need suggestion in exercise so I may recover said problem.

Pls only expert give advise and no hurting comments.

Yea, he probably thought it said physiology. His native language is Arabic, so I can see how he got them mixed up.

There may be some people here who have some ideas for you, but who do not consider themselves "experts", so your request may limit how many replies you get.

Eric Cressey is in fact an expert. He wrote a 3-part series of articles on T-Nation a few years ago that are still classic. Here's the link to Part 3, which has links to parts 1 and 2.

Welcome to the forum! Maybe Ironman would move us all to the "General" forum, which may be a better place for it. He fixed things so that you can post pictures, if you'd like.
