BTW My intense crazy leg workout yesterday didn't result in DOMS it was an immediate soreness. I have a flight of stairs in my house and three to get up to work cause I don't use the elevator since I'm a wanna be fitness guru but I do not look forward to those flights of stairs but I will not avoid them.

on the topic of stairs, I find, they dont seem any easier, really, even though, I never used to squat.

I believe stairs to be....something that is always there and always a pain in the ass. I have to walk three flights to get to my job when I go and it was painful every step of the way. When I got to the top though on that third floor right before I walk into my office I smiled knowing that the pain is worth it and I'm that much closer to where I want to be.

I really don't know where I'm going to end up....but I'm headed there.
