Finally got an abnormal lab back. Thank god. At least I have a starting point to get my $h1t fixed. I apparently have the endocrine system of an 80 year old man, yet a 17 year old Hulk at the same time... ;)

Between my wife on bed rest (I don't know how people with multiple small kids do this, $h1t) and my fatigue issues right now, I am thinking my progress is going to suck for a little while...

Deads - sucked
chins - less than sucked, but not good.

So, I can rule out overtraining. I didn't think that was my problem, but at least I know now.

I did shoulders yesterday and back today. Even 75% intensity and volume is killing me. My body is destroyed but I still can't sleep, fv(k fatigue issues.

Fired my first doctor. She was an arrogant bitch who thinks she can play god with MY health and complain to me that I'm frustrating (because I read about things on the internet and relentlessly request further tests that she claimed I didn't need with an explanation of "because I said so".)

I've got an appointment with a different GP Thursday and an Endo on the 21st. I might be able to write "chapter one" of my story after Thursday depending.

I actually feel like I have a slight understanding of the endocrine system. But the adrenals, no clue...

Yeah I'm around. I'm going to be on and off for the next few weeks with the baby and tax season, but I get an email when I get a PM so if you need anything let me know.

As for my medical issues: Seems my SHBG is super high, my E2 is at the top of the range and total Estrogen is high. Good news is my total test is pretty high too. But with the coming of the baby it seems some of my symptoms are fading a bit. I think stress was making my hormones go further out of wack than they were anyway... As is, the baby has been out a week and a half and I'm starting to feel better. I plan on waiting another week or so, ask my DR to re-run my Test and E2 and go from there. From what I understand once you go on HRT you are on it for life.

I have been and will be lifting as much as I can, but with the baby and work, it just isn't going to come first for awhile.

One thing that having the second child has changed is my lifting.

It has become much more personal, and harder to fit into my day. I still do, but not the same.

I'm down about 25lbs, on purpose. Some muscle for sure, but I had to. My numbers are $h1t right now, and I haven't really tracked weight, sets or reps in a long time.

So I'll be bumping this now and again, but prob won't be listing out workouts in detail for at least the short term.
