There ya go! Good job. My 70 lb Pit hates it and squirms a lot when I use him for Zercher squats, but it works much better for me. Using anything for weight will work. In college when I was wrestling, we used our training partners, but you seem to be getting the idea. Again, good job.

Thanks man! When you suggested that, I remembered how one day he ran down the street after some female retriever, and being irate, I just picked him up and put him on my shoulders and carried him back home. Put him there again last night and he did extremely well: no movement at all, just chilled there..it worked out well...thanks for the suggestion! And I checked out the Zercher squats...I'll definitely have to remember those in case I want to add them in, in the future.

Haha it's all good! However, I'll definitely repost my progressing diet in a week or two and see if there is still stuff I'm missing from it.

WOW! That's pretty damn intense! My dog is roughly the same weight and dimensions, and looking at mine...I can't even FATHOM pulling that off in the future haha.

Dog--reading your diet made me hungry! Eat way more. It takes no particular skill to cook meat. Put pan on stove. Put a little oil in pan, turn on head. Add meat. After a few minutes, turn meat over. After a few more minutes, eat it. You may want to add salt and pepper, mustard, ketchup, horseradish sauce, peanut butter or whatever. Later you can learn a few variations.

That's sad about the egg yolks. It's the best part of the egg.

Anyway, eat more. I'm pretty much a low-carb guy (at least in theory), but you need more food. Add some pasta and rice once in a while. Put good gooey stuff on it.

Great store near me sells indv frozen 4oz beef livers, for cheap. Easiest stuff to prepare, really, and awesome with onion and suateed spinach.

Learn to cokk chili
Buy a crock pot and it will come with a booklet of recipes. It's easier to cook than it is to learn algebra or sentence diagrams

In terms of cheap, easy, healthy bulking food, chilli can't be beat. It's so easy too: Fry some onions til soft, dump your mince (ground beef if you're not from the UK) in the pan, fry it til it's a bit brown, add a stock cube, fry a bit more til it's all brown, add a tin of chopped tomatoes and a tin of kidney beans, crush some garlic in it, add whatever spices/seasonings, cook a it bit longer til it's nice and thick, serve with rice.

Boom! Chilli's done. Obviously that is just a very basic recipe, you can funky it up by adding different spices, bacon, a glog of red wine etc., but it's not entirely necessary.

I just gave the reductionist version, but yeah you're right jalapenos and such make for a much nicer chilli. You struggle to find fresh jalapenos in this country, I have no idea why.

Man, I seriously can barely down that diet at the moment lol. I don't get it...I can eat a cup of oatmeal for breakfast and be good till lunch for just a sandwich and be good till supper, and MAYBE a banana in between the three main meals.

At work today, I was trying to think of future ways to increase my appetite:
-Perform my workout in the morning instead of at 6pm
-Add cardio to my off days

If you guys have any suggestions, I would love to hear it.

But definitely love the chili and organ ideas. The cookbook I have has some really interesting and delicious sounding innard recipes :).

Morning training maybe sounds plausible to increase appetite throughout the day. I think adding cardio would increase the calories you need, sort of defeats the purpose.

Steadily increase your calorie. You'll get used to it. Surely.
Spoonfuls of Peanut Butter works, for example.

Take shots of coconut or olive oil.

Do you have a Dog? If so, first thing in the morning, literally follow these steps:
Stand up out of bed
walk to bathroom, do what you have to do
put on cloths
Put leash on dog
Walk him a mile or a mile and a half
come home and do the rest of your morning routine.


But yeah, fasted morning, low intensity stead state will make your appetite skyrocket.
