Bench - 375 for a set of 6 on my 3 day of 531. I think I'm over my pinched nerve.

Deadlift
170 kg x 4 reps. Followed up by two more reps. Probably had a third rep in me, possibly even 4, but I felt I had done enough. I can see 200kg on the horizon.

Nice! I'm still amazed by people who squat more than the DL.

I'm 50-75 pounds stronger on the squat than the deadlift. I bet my bench is only 50 pounds less than my DL.

Part 2 of my 1RM week.

Barbell Bench Press 75kg (165lbs.)
Barbell Row 77kg (170lbs.)

So my Row is in fact stronger than my Bench. I was glad of both, that's what I aimed at. At Sunday it's time for Overhead press.

I'm 2 weeks behind you (thanks to skipping Saturday this week and 100 lbs of body weight ;0),

And you have the form cheker to kewp you inline, so that's doubly good on you

The race is on!

I finally got to 305 2 weeks ago (forgot to post), October lost weight and strength. Now, feel better about possibility of adding weight on the bar and taking it off my belly. (key for me: Protein and more protein. and small treats)

Nice! Have you pulled 500 for a single yet? If not, it has to be close.

82.5k standing press - 1 rep 04/08/2011
Looking good for my 92.5k/95k goal in december, just have to keep my weight going up.

4 months later and I still havent passed this - tried it yesterday and nearly failed it... ive not lost much weight... wonder what the deal is... Ahh well - I should put more weight on

Bench is progressing, dead is having a re-think/form check. Ahh well - plodding along, still have total faith in 5/3/1
