hi,
I am learning about supplements,I was interested in whey protein. The label of a leading brand of 100% whey, towards the end mentions "contains soybeans and milk".

1.What does this mean?
2.Is that a significant amount of soy?

Hi. I can't answer #2, but to be brief, by US law, manufacturers are required to list ingridients in the order of highest to lowest. That said, when you saw milk and soybeans down at the bottom of the list, it means that they weren't used in a great amount. No way of knowing the spedific percentages though
