Given that spring is on it's way, I'm sure everyone wants to look better in a bathing suit. My proposal is to reduce belly fat. Belly fat is related to health issues and overall body fat so it's a worthwhile endeavor even if you have no intention of taking off their shirts.

I propose presenting your waist measurement, relaxed posture, measured at the navel, by the end of March, along with your goal for the end of April. I suggest everyone try to reduce by 1 inch. Those with more to lose probably have a little advantage here.

My measurement is 35" so my goal will be 34".

VERY interesting idea, however it doesn't really fit with my goals just now so I'm going to have to sit this one out.

haha, I was thinking of you when I wrote this. I told my son that I know one guy who won't be doing it. He's sitting out too. 32" but he's taller than you.
