you are SUCH a square. I wasn't even born until 1985 and I was still cooler than you in the 70s

Hahaha! I actually laughed so loud that I was worried I'd wake my wife.

I like some classical depending on what it is. In addition to the usual symphonic stuff, I like a lot of classical guitar as well. Did you listen to any Christian metal in the 80's? I still listen to Stryper sometimes. You were probably into the more traditional stuff I would guess though.
Nope. Pretty much missed the metal. Love classical guitar, though. Studied it for a couple of years.

*sigh* started cutting last monday, seems went a bit overboard, told myself once a week weigh-ins only - well... Mon-Fri went fine - till Fri night... Went out with friends for a few drinks, midnight we decide to go to a techno night which involved... "more drinks" - 3pm Saturday (no sleep) decide thats enough and go home (no food since 7:30pm friday). Weigh in Sunday evening.... well done Robert you total plank, -8lbs...

got a bit of a cold now, down 8lbs, no gym today. God knows what that 8lbs is ratio wise (muscle/water/fat) but I'm betting its not good - Gunna resume my old diet until I've gained at least 4lbs of it back - then stay that weight for a week, then go again but without a fooking 20 hour food free drink + rave session.

Robert, you're probably dehydrated after all that drinking. I doubt you lost much muscle that fast. low carb will do much the same thing, early losses are mostly water loss. The scale lies. Go by the mirror.

Fair does - assumed it couldn't be a lot of it, I will still resume a high(er) calorie diet until I feel better though I think and be more careful.

I just saw a group of little 9 year old girls with make-up, handbags, heels and snappy fingers.

I hope rihanna's style won't spread and infect all little kids.

Not near enough randomness going on, so...

I've been pondering:

After going to the bathroom, how do blind people know when they are done wiping?

They smell it. Either that or they rub their fingers around in it to feel the texture. :pale:

lol - yea, was rough ...

But nah no one I knew - apparently a DC-10 DJ (Ibiza) but a mate just said it would be a good one - was decent really.

But I rebounded my weight pretty well, Stu's diagnosis was fine. taking it easy this week, so pretty much square one / two weeks "wasted" (not that bad though just that I should be two weeks into a cut now, but like say, like ive not done anything - live and learn)

We have a program in Uk called Big Fat Gypsy Weddings and their culture (according to the TV... see, I am PC/balanced! :thumbleft:) is fine with very young girls emulating glammor models - tube tops/micro skirts/fake tan/thongs/makeup - some of its like "lol thats bad that" some of it wipes the laughter/smirk right off your face at how bad though.
