Love the TRX straps. I know they came at the end of the workout, but damn those were hard to do! I gotta get me some!

Ab rollouts
10, 8

Pushups
30, 20, 12 (these were weird, first 30 was easier than I remember, middle 20 was harder, but was able to get 12 instead of 10 on last set. Shrug)

Day 11 of 40 day workout. My original plan was to go light today, was still feeling yesterday's workout. But after chinups I felt so good I pushed myself on all the lifts. And it seemed to work!
