Decided to start a log in hopes that it will keep me honest and motivated.
My stats: 23 years old, 5'9, 163lb Goals: Becoming stronger, run more, and increase my conditioning.
Schedule: Lifting 2x a week Grappling 3-4x a week Stand up 3x a week Conditioning 2x a week Shoulder rehab 3x a week
Maxes: Deadlift: 300 (May 9th 2012) Squat: 225 (May 14th 2012)
Notes: Due to a shoulder injury I won't be doing any kind of pressing for a while.
Goals: Deadlift: 300 x 5 (August 22nd 2012) Squat: 255 (August 26th 2012) Do conditioning/running/jumping rope 2x a week consistently Run 3 miles under 21 minutes (August 21nd 2012) Run 5 miles under 40 minutes (August 25nd 2012)
