Hi guys, I have a very big problem right now so I must ask you for advice... I haven't run for a year, but I was doing exercises with light weights for that time (50kg). Before three days I run 12 minutes and (after sitting down for a while) 8 minutes more. I started running on toes. I found nice flat shoes so I don't have to hold my foot in very big angle. While I was running I haven't felt any pain at all. I used a technique that is described in book: "Pose Method of Running". Now I can't walk normally. I don't feel any pain when I'm sitting and not using my legs. But when I start walking and try to push off my legs with calves I feel pain. So I must walk like an elephant without using my ankles. What do you think I should do? Is there any chance it will go away? Going to the doctor would make a big problem now because my parents are going to the seaside in a couple of days and I don't want to ruin their holiday.
