Could sum one advice/suggest
When training abs, I always feel sick,
Any type of ab work, floor, bench, machines, etc
Have tired ever possible way but everything makes me sick

Even roller pad under upper back to support thoraric spine, but still feel sick
Can sum one help :scratch:
Any suggestions please

Could anyone help or suggest

When training abs either, floor, bench, machines, etc
Crunchier, sit ups, planks, oblique work, everything
I always feel sick,
I've tired placing a foam roller under my thoraic spine, but still feel sick
When I reach around 6-10 reps, can't continue as I will be sick

Can anyone help, I'm desperate for sum suggestions

No I don't drink milk prior to training
I've had this problem for a long time

When I also do tricep push downs I feel sick as I feel pressure in my sternum

Very strange in know
Its a feeling that you can't continue with, otherwise I would
I'm very determinated

Its not a nice feeling, at all
I train very hard but when it comes to abs, I feel sick that I could vomit,
But it's not the same feeling as training that hard you want to be sick,
It's horrible and not achievable to continue training

I also get the same feeling when doin tricep push down,
Pressure on serum makes me sick, but I do as much as I can

I would see a doctor. Vomiting after a set of tricep pushdowns is not ok. I think this goes beyond the broscience of lifting weights that we do here.

There could be reasons behind your nutrition or general lactate building but I very much doubt these.

Well, then don't do it. There's no law that says you have to do stuff that makes you sick. Just don't do it.

And why on earth should triceps PDs make you sick? Makes no sense.

Do you drink ANYTHING before you workout? Eat anything? Any problem with nausea in any other situation (non-training)? What lifts are you doing prior to your ab work? How much of the ab work do you do?

How often do you do it? It could be lack of conditioning. Higher frequency may help. If you have no ill effects until 6-10 reps, try 5 reps at a time and do them more often. Tricepts pushdown would engage the abs which connect to the sternum (ribs actually, but they connect to the sternum). You're probably using too much weight on the pushdowns and they're becoming a crunch. Engage your glutes and keep your back straight. Tighten everything. Don't put any torso movement into the exercise.
