Just bought Rick Kaselj's (And others) Assessment & Exercise. Wasn't expensive, just 40e. I hope it's worth the purchase. The area of muscle imbalances and false movement patterns and dysfunctions interest me a great deal and I bet it will be useful no matter who I will train in the future (Hockey athletes are the present subject).

haven't had any random for a while...

there's an old homeless dude I see walking around my neighbourhood. He huffs WD-40 up his nose straight from the can.

it's actually quite impressive.

I stopped at the Union Canal Tunnel Park after work today. Saw/photographed a lot of insects and several big spiders, plus black and turkey vultures. Behaviors observed included grasshoppers, damselflies and dragonflies mating.
