i really would like to thank the admins, moderators and helpful members of this forum. i started working out at a gym of the biggest gym company in germany and was never taught the serious lifts. so i wasted my time with machines etc. now i'm getting more and more into the main lifts and they are just so much more intensive then sitting at a chest press machine or a shoulder press machine. thanks for all the advice guys!
