have made good progress with the dumbell pressing of late, but I reckon I'll be stuck at 7 on the 44s for a while. It's REALLY hard. Same weight, sets of 12 next time for the rows.

I really like the cable press, gets the chest burning like hell. Will try for sets of 25 on the RDF next time. Probably won't get it though...

note how wide apart the handles are. I really like it, and feel it more in my lats than any other exercise I've done.

EZ curls hurt my wrists a bit. Hmmm. That's a bit of a pain in the arse really.
And we're done. Happy enough with today's workout, have made good progress on pretty much everything except arms, which are the bit I'm trying to bring up the most just now! Still, they're definitely growing so it's ok I guess.
