TimD was the heart and soul of this forum. We move forward, but it isn't the same without him. His breadth of knowledge about the iron game was only matched by his ability to share that knowledge in layman's terms. And share it he did, much to our benefit.

RIP TimD. You're gone, but not forgotten.

You've given me insight to why such good folks have stuck around here to help all of us out. Sounds like Tim was setting the tone from the start.

I agree with all of the above. Tim made me feel welcome here, helped me with my early routines, made helpful suggestions and encouraged me. He also put me in my place a time or two, but always gently. A good guy.

When I first started reading posts on this website I used to read a alot of his responses to peoples questions. He was a very knowledgeable man. I wish that had been able to meet him as he lived in VA Beach and I live in Newport News a 45 minute difference. Rest in Peace Mr. Tim D.

it's funny you should bump this WB, I was just thinking the other day that the pulled pork recipe thread would've been right up Tim's street. He loved cooking threads.
