nice squat! Bench isn't shabby either.

How're you finding the gear? I helped a mate of mine put his bench shirt on the other day. Took three of us 20 minutes

The gear is a completely different animal. I'm enjoying learning how to use it, but it is a difficult endeavor. Raw lifting, I enjoyed the bench more than the squat. Geared, I enjoy the squat more than the bench.

20 minutes sounds about right on the briefs. My shirt is open in the back so 10 minutes.

Dumbbell Rear Delt Row = 145 lbs for 3 reps each hand (01/14/13)

Note: The dumbbell I used is labeled 140 lbs. It consists of fourteen 10 lbs plates on a 1 inch diameter, ~18 inch long handle that I figure must weight at least 5 lbs. 145 lbs is therefore a conservative estimate.

I lifted a 145# dumbbell back onto a rack once since some unthoughtful person left it on the floor. I had to use 2 hands and it nearly killed me.
