Also, if you eat breakfast, your cholesterol would be better (but what is good cholesterol is debatable).
If I were you, I would stop eating that breakfast (I was in the same situation a couple of years ago) and I would maybe try eating two cooked eggs (don't put too much salt on it), and I would work my way up to the whole sandwich.
