We had a one arm lift challenge once. I'd be up for that again. I'd also like to improve my 1 mile run but I want to wait until summer.

Well shoot - I missed this! Last spring I set out to learn chin-ups, and started at being able to do exactly zero (husband acted as assistant until I could do one unassisted), and a couple of months later I could do 4 all by myself :green: I need to get started on that again.
