guys i just wanna ask is there any muscle group that your not allowed to work out at the same time?if there is can you elaborate it and explain..

my wife says I can't work my brain and mouth at the same time
It's allowed, however, apparently, takes some skill.

ok doc,hope this makes one clear..is there any muscle group that your not allowed to train at the same time?

There are however some general guidelines for exercise order. For example, you'll probably want to perform squats before deadlifts and bench presses before rows.
