that's a fine goal Durb.

Well I've been doing my leg lowering for a while now, and I have not had any back pain at all since I started. My back wasn't particularly bad when I started, but I have not had any stiffness or anything, so I'm inclined to think it's helping.

The only problem has been a slight interference with leg training. Squatting with a fatigued core was NOT fun. Almost pinned myself with 40k! As a result of this, I'm not doing it the day before leg day, or on leg day.
