Got two reps about 6 weeks ago at 300 and darn near killed me. This was much easier.

Squat 315x2. Beats 300x2 from a few weeks previously.

Pullups: 10. Holy cow. That's after 4x4 at +25# weighted. Holy cow again.

Next year I may join the pullup challenge for the first time!

Another milestone achieved.

Can now successfully squat with 2 plates.

Squat 225 x 5 @ 140lb bodyweight.
