Forgot to mention yesterday used a rope to stretch out my shoulder hopefully. When I exercised on bed my left arm seemed looser as I pushed myself side to side

Walked with the regular walker, about 20 steps, my legs were a lil tight it seemed

Last night up n free for 40 minutes. Walking down the hallway well unassisted. But turning the walker is what I can't figure out, but I know that difficult part is helping / strengthening. Did squats, 15, 12. Lisa helped me walk back to room, tired and sweaty. I also let get of the walker for 15 shoulder shrugs, I need to do that more. Also drank some water standing holding on with one hand.

Wore out when I sat on the bed but rested and worked on some sit ups, not 5 though, maybe 5 sets of 1. I need to find out which muscles will benefit from a day of rest.

Exercises at work day 4.

Up n free about 35 minutes, spasms but feet didn't hurt. Again walked the hall unassisted but turning, a hang up. But I stopped in between hangups / trying hard and did 4 sets of squats, 10, 5, 6, 7 I decided to not push my feet until they spasm. I used a lot of energy turning the walker back toward the room but it was good. Lisa helped me walk back but a little less help tonight.

Thursday night using the up n free 40 minutes. Walked well, still struggling steering. Squats. A little standing without holding on.

Yesterday did pullups with palms facing out and in 3 sets of each (6) and some other exercise band exercises.

Used the upn free 30 minutes, struggled walking / steering but did squats 10, 10, 10, 6 and 3 sets of standing no hands with should shrugs and trunk twists.

Bed situps 3 x 5 went really well, didn't use arms, I see improvement.

And forget to mention that this week once I lay down I do 3 crunches, then 10 x trying to lift legs straight up which feels like it's working my abs and lower back. So Day 5 of that.

Walked with regular walker today, just about 18 steps, legs did really well. Before that also did the 6 sets of pullups for back and stretching out left arm with rope, day 2 for both.

felt cruddy today but feeling better. pUllups 6 sets. left shoulder stretch. up n free 35minutes. Squats, 12,4,8,8 Practiced shifting weight without holding on. Not many steps

Cut back my exercise at work, maybe I'll be able to do it 5 days instead of 4. 3 sets of all. 25 left hand finger stretches. 10 shoulder shrugs. 10 elbow arm raises (right & left) 10 trunk twists. 10 trunk side bends. 30 leg lifts.

15 pullups x 8, 4 palms facing forward and 4 palms facing back.

Stretched out left shoulder with rope.

Monday walked about 20 steps with regular walker. No up n free.

Only 4 situps.

Tuesday at work: 25 left hand finger stretches. 10 shoulder shrugs. 10 elbow arm raises (right & left) 10 trunk twists. 10 trunk side bends. 30 leg lifts. - x 4 sets, maybe 5 on legs. And stretching right leg.

Pullups 4 x 15 both (8)

Walked really well with regular walker, credit it to extra leg exercises About 35 steps.

Up n free walked well, started getting the hang of steering. Then a bolt broke:( The company says they are sending me a new piece.

Bed, 3 x 6 situps, back, side to side.

3 crunches x 2, 10 leg/ab flexes x 2

Today Wednesday @ work 25 left hand finger stretches. 10 shoulder shrugs. 10 elbow arm raises (right & left) 10 trunk twists. 10 trunk side bends. 30 leg lifts. stretch right leg x 3 all.

Pullups palms facing in 15 x 5

Stretched left shoulder

Edge of bed (eob) Situps 6 sets of 4, 15 back, side to side. (Total 24 situps. Want to keep pushing it to 30, 50, 100) Progress is slow but it's paying off not to give up

Lying down - 3 crunches x 2, leg/ab flexes 10 x 2 (plan to do.)

went back and looked and the first time i logged how many situps it was total 15 and i remember using my arms. Today I did 24 and no arms, but some momentum, but progressing.

Started a simple new exercise today that I hope to do regularly and see the benefits. With ankle weights around each ankle did 5 sets of 15 leg lifts. I hope / need to add / build on these easy exercises that I think about but never start, I know there will be benefits.

Used strap on weights on arms, 3 x 8 on biceps. Left arm found weight really heavy, hope to be consistant and see progress.

Used strap on weights on left hand and lifted arm palm up 3 x 8. Right arm shoulder lift 3 x 8.

Walked 30 steps with regular walker, a lot better step throughs today. Maybe the weights? Maybe wearing my right calf stretch brace earlier? I can really struggle with my walking sometimes and then one day a big difference. It shows that I can be much better.

Eob: situps 6 x 4 sets. Back 10 x 4. SideToSide 10 x 4.

Flat: 4 crunches x 2. Ab/leg flexes 10 x 2.

Exercise at work, 4 sets of 10 of everything usual except legs 4 sets of 25. Stretched right leg 4 x 30 minutes.

Pullups 3 x 20, palms facing out and in. Stretched left arm out with rope.

Weights on legs 5 x 15 each.

Weight on left bicep, exercised left arm shoulder 3 sets of 5. (up, back, side)

Walked 25 steps with regular walker.

Eob: Situps 6 x 4, Back 10 x 4, S2s 10 x 4.

Flat: 4 crunches x 2. Leg/ab flexes 10 x 2

Walked 32 steps, good steps.

Weights on legs: 5 x 15

Stretched out left arm with rope.

strap on weights on arms, 3 x 8 on biceps. strap on weights on left hand and lifted arm palm up 3 x 8. Right arm shoulder lift 3 x 8.

Weight on left bicep, exercised left arm shoulder 3 sets of 5. (up, back, side)

Walked.

Eob: situps 7 x 4. Back n s2s 10 x 4

Flat: 5 crunches x 2. Leg/ab flexes 12 x 2.
