Had enough of carb backloading, intermittent fasting, carb cycling, carbless post-workout...

Sick!

Sick of it all!

Carbs with every meal from now on. Abs be damned, leanness be damned.

it's bulking time. Time to get the insulin flowing.

Will report how I feel regarding workouts. Energy levels, strength, that sort of thing. Will also be interesting to see how my bodyfat levels respond. In theory, I've been low(ish) carb for so long I should have pretty sexy insulin sensitivity.

Nice. Maybe at this point you will catch up on the squats.
I'll still recomp until september using carb cycling, but when the school starts meal planning goes to hell and I have to adjust to a more normal diet. Maybe gain some muscle on the way.
Did you get any measurable results? Or only mirror-shown ones?

heh, I don't think I'll be catching you on front squats anytime soon. After all the pre-exhausting I do I'm gassed at 60k.

Na no measurable results from the recomp, just subjective mirror looking. Was told I looked like I had lost weight from someone who'd not seen me in a while but I dunno.

The master plan is to bulk aggressively until spring of next year when I will do my first proper cut. It'll be a PROPER cut - measuring calories, macros etc.

Carb cycling does get boring at times, that's why I always suggest a CKD/Bodyopus type approach - where you can really let yourself go during the weekend.

Isn't that a type of carb cycling? Just because you call it something else, it is what it is.
